Our directors have been in the Australian diamond wholesale business since 1981 and saw the opportunity to introduce new and innovative ways for customers to purchase high quality diamonds and jewellery in the privacy of their own homes and at their own pace. We are also a registered company with ASIC (ABN 90 168 831 785) and abide by all of the Australian Consumer Regulations.
Do you have a return policy?

Can we come and see you at a retail store?
We are an online retailer only and that is how we can offer such great pricing on our products ! We are available during business hours 7 days per week, and also 24 hours a day / 7 days per week via our online chat service.
Do you provide a warranty?
Yes. We offer a Lifetime Warranty to protect against manufacturer defects in craftsmanship. The warranty does not include normal wear and tear or damages incurred due to trauma, negligence, lack of regular maintenance, loss or theft.
How do I safeguard my purchase against damage, theft, or loss?
We recommend that you contact an independent insurance company or make arrangements with your current home contents insurance provider. Try to always compare rates and coverage before choosing a provider and ask specific questions regarding potential situations (eg “What happens if my jewellery gets lost or stolen?” or “What happens if my wedding ring or diamond goes missing?”). Knowing your valuable jewellery is safely insured will give you peace of mind.
